    Motivation is what I lack. Motivation to do something for myself. I can’t afford going to exercise classes or getting a massage. I have downloaded a couple of apps for meditation and I have done them a couple of times, but then I feel as if there is something else I should be doing. I know this is something that I have to do for myself and no one else can do it for me. But since I have to fight myself, it just gets me more stressed and burned out. It’s a vicious circle.
